Perpetual Strength Group Training

Our mission at Perpetual Strength is to help you discover the joy of being strong and the ways strength can help you live life to the fullest. Perpetual Strength provides small group training for busy people who want to be strong, fit and healthy. Variations of the three main lifts (squat, bench, deadlift) are used as a cornerstone of the training program, along with other pushing, pulling, pressing variations, body weight training, carry variations, sled variations and other proven strategies to provide a full body training program that builds all aspects of fitness. Our training program is customized to each individual through appropriate regressions/progressions, guided by a coach, structured in a systemized way to help build the person you want to become. We pride ourselves on focusing on the individual while maintaining a group/team atmosphere. Our programming doesn’t use boring, monotonous workouts, which require hours in the gym to complete. It uses simple exercises, sequenced in a specific way and optimally executed to minimize injury, maximize results.
At Perpetual Strength you can expect to work hard, find new strength and discover what you are truly capable of. You can also expect lots high fives, fist bumps, and laughs. We celebrate each other and, most importantly, learn to celebrate ourselves.

Starting Strong

New to strength training? Overwhelmed by the large group style classes? Concerned you won't be able to keep up with the pace of a group class? Don't know where to start? This class is for you!

This class is perfect for those who are just starting out, or who prefer a smaller class size (6 or less) where you can work at your own pace with as much rest as you need. This class will focus on the foundational strength movements in a work/rest at your own pace format. The coach will happily provide modifications or substitutions if needed, and move you along as you grow your strength, power and fitness. This is a class you can continue to attend as you grow your strength and fitness, or attend prior to joining our TEAM training or Perpetual Strength classes. Please note this class is a part of our Specialty class offerings, is not included in the new member intro month and follows a different pricing model.

This group training follows a different format than our larger group classes, is limited to 12 athletes, and uses the oh-so-amazing kettlebell to build stability, strength, power and endurance.
The class is for intermediate to advanced athletes.
All classes are led by StrongFirst trained and certified instructors.
You need to have been taught how to swing a kettlebell prior to attending this class.
