HOW DO I SIGN UP?

You can sign up HERE. Any questions about the registration process, please contact our support team at support@tuffgirlfitnessct.com. Once you sign up, please email the owner at mike@perpetualstrength.com. He will send you details on scheduling your first training session, speak with over the phone and/or schedule a time for you to come in and talk.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A TRAINING SESSION?

Support, guidance, encouragement, fun, fist bumps and high fives. A welcoming group community that will support you in bringing out your best. Our daily training begins with a warmup, designed to enhance performance and make your body resilient to injury.

We then prime the body and nervous system with explosive, dynamic exercise. Explosiveness is skill that many of us lose as we get older, but continues to be an integral skill to ensure great quality of life

The next piece of our training moves to strength development. We accomplish this by using big, compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, pressing, rowing, single leg/arm exercises and loaded carries all designed through an engaging, challenging, systemized format.

We then finish with fun, challenging conditioning work.

HOW LONG ARE CLASSES

You can plan on being with us for 60 minutes… As a busy person, you don’t have time to spend countless hours in the gym that other programs require.

HOW MANY CLIENTS ARE IN A TRAINING SESSION?

Depending on the day and time of day, you can expect 5-14 people in a training session. There will never be more than 14 people in one training session

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

We offer a 15% college discount on monthly plans. Please email support@tuffgirlfitnessct.com to set up a plan with our student discount.
